Социальные аспекты влияния качества школьного образования на стоимость жилья в региональном центре России

Аннотация
В статье на примере г. Новосибирска исследуется связь между качеством общеобразовательных школ в региональном центре РФ и стоимостью жилья. На основе методологии разрывного дизайна получена оценка реакции населения на качество школьного образования. Результаты показывают, что на стоимость жилья влияет качество школы «по микроучастку», а сила этого влияния соответствует оценкам, полученным в исследованиях по другим городам и странам.
