Новосибирска исследуется связь между качеством общеобразовательных школ в региональном центре РФ и стоимостью жилья. На основе методологии разрывного дизайна получена оценка реакции населения на качество школьного образования. Результаты показывают, что на стоимость жилья влияет качество школы «по микроучастку», а сила этого влияния соответствует оценкам, полученным в исследованиях по другим городам и странам.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>This study estimates the relationship between school quality and housing prices in the regional centre of Russia using the case of Novosibirsk. We obtained a valuation of public response on school quality using “discontinuity design” approach.
