Политика экономического развития в США: современные тенденции и причины вариаций на уровне штатов

Аннотация

В статье рассматриваются общие тенденции в политике регионального экономического развития США в последние десятилетия. Прослеживается переход от «локационных» программ к «предпринимательским», а также отмечается наличие вариаций на уровне штатов. Изменения в превалирующих подходах и существующие региональные различия объясняются с практической и теоретической точек зрения.
