Прослеживается переход от «локационных» программ к «предпринимательским», а также отмечается наличие вариаций на уровне штатов. Изменения в превалирующих подходах и существующие региональные различия объясняются с практической и теоретической точек зрения.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article looks into the dynamics of the US regional economic development policies in the last decades and tracks the transition from so-called "locational" to "entrepreneurial" strategies.
