Изменчивость уровня неопределенности в экономике

Аннотация

В работе рассматривается, как меняется уровень экономической неопределенности и почему это происходит на разных стадиях делового цикла. Уровни и макроэкономической, и микроэкономической неопределенности резко возрастают в периоды рецессий и снижаются в периоды бумов. Кроме того, для развивающихся стран характерны более высокие уровни неопределенности по сравнению с развитыми странами. Рассматриваются также влияние колебаний уровня неопределенности на поведение экономических агентов и вопрос о том, усугубила ли высокая неопределенность Великую рецессию и замедлила ли восстановление. Большая часть этой дискуссии основывается на исследованиях неопределенности, проведенных в последние пять лет, что отражает недавний всплеск интереса к этой теме в научной литературе.
