Аннотация
Этой статьей журнал продолжает дискуссию о критико-реалистической методологии в экономической теории (см. статьи Т. Лоусона (2006. № 2. С. 75-98) и Дж. Ходжсона (2006. № 3. С. 111-124)). В данном случае исследуются два положения, выдвинутые критическими реалистами. Эти положения касаются закона тенденции нормы прибыли к понижению и теории организации рабочих мест при объяснении промышленного упадка в Великобритании. Приведенные примеры поясняют проблемы и ограничения, стоящие перед критико-реалистической методологией. Также в статье затронуты важные вопросы, касающиеся перспектив данного направления как особого социально-теоретического и политического движения.
