Экономическое наследие Хаймана Мински (глобальная финансовая хрупкость и кризис: уроки для России)

Аннотация

Статья написана в рамках современной дискуссии о проблемах политической экономии системы глобальных финансов и международного финансового кризиса на основе работ Х. Мински и его современных последователей. Гипотеза финансовой нестабильности Мински используется для выявления причин усиления финансовой хрупкости глобального финансового капитализма и особенно финансовых кризисов конца 1990-х-начала 2000-х годов. Опирающийся на кейнсианскую традицию политической экономии, анализ Мински финансовой нестабильности и кризисов - качеств, внутренне присущих капитализму, важен не только для интересующихся экономической историей ХХ в. Его методология и рекомендации для политики обеспечивают плодотворную основу для дальнейших исследований с учетом повторяющихся финансовых кризисов и современной природы финансового капитализма. В статье показаны главные источники укорененной системной хрупкости финансовых структур в капиталистических экономиках в целом и в России в частности.
