Проблема глобальных дисбалансов в мировой экономике

Аннотация
В статье анализируется эволюция ключевых политико-экономических доктрин коррекции глобальной несбалансированности, связанной с внешнеторговым дефицитом США, в работах ведущих специалистов по международным финансам в период с 1993 по 2007 год. Отдельно рассматривается особая роль суверенных инвестиционных фондов в коррекции глобальной несбалансированности в средне- и долгосрочной перспективе.
