Аннотация
В статье рассмотрены проблемы инновационной экономики и пути их решения в трех плоскостях: науки, государственного участия и инновационного бизнеса. Обсуждаются как теоретические аспекты необходимости инноваций и проблемы на пути их внедрения, так и практические примеры экономической политики развитых стран. Освещаются вопрос эффективности функционирования институтов развития, а также роль государства в становлении инновационной экономики. Отдельно рассматриваются вопросы развития инновационного бизнеса, начиная с самой ранней стадии его возникновения.
