Аннотация

В первой части статьи автор рассматривает монетарные индикаторы общественного благосостояния. Показано, какими методами количественной оценки агрегированного богатства и благополучия помимо традиционного показателя ВВП располагает современная экономическая теория, обсуждаются недостатки этих методов. Кроме того, автор показывает, какие меры благосостояния адекватны в динамическом контексте: исследуются проблемы межвременного анализа благосостояния с использованием показателя чистого национального продукта (ЧНП) для целей политики устойчивого развития и обеспечения судьбы будущих поколений.
