

Этика эффективности

Аннотация
В статье рассматриваются проблемы и противоречия наиболее важного критерия экономической эффективности - критерия Парето. Автор показывает, что этот критерий оказывается несостоятельным в контексте этической постановки вопроса. Ориентация на полезность и строгое следование принципам свободного обмена непригодны для оценки извращенных потребностей, растраты ресурсов или предпочтений, потенциально опасных для других людей. В статье предлагается другой критерий эффективности, основанный на минимизации расточительного использования ресурсов. Данный критерий лучше, чем критерий Парето-эффективности, помогает соблюсти принципы справедливости.
