Таргетирование инфляции: совершенствовать, а не списывать в утиль

Аннотация

В статье анализируются предложения отказаться от таргетирования инфляции. Показано, что инфляционное таргетирование должно оставаться необходимым элементом политики макроэкономической стабилизации, но практику таргетирования нужно совершенствовать с учетом посткризисных реалий. Ключевая задача - повысить доверие агентов к деятельности центрального банка.
