Стратегии развития старопромышленных городов

Аннотация
Судьба промышленных городов в современном мире складывается по-разному, но все они переживают кризис. В статье рассмотрены направления его преодоления в городах, где кризис приобрел наиболее острые формы. На конкретных примерах анализируются как принципы успешных стратегий, так и причины неудач. Автор делает вывод, что для российских городов, обладающих промышленным потенциалом, основным фактором успеха выступает как можно более раннее осознание кризисных тенденций и необходимости изменить подход к выработке стратегических приоритетов развития.
