Сколько стоит человеческий капитал России? Часть I

Аннотация
В работе впервые в отечественной литературе дается стоимостная оценка человеческого капитала России с использованием метода пожизненных заработков. В первой части подробно рассматриваются два наиболее популярных подхода к денежному измерению запасов человеческого капитала, основанных на учете: а) издержек и б) доходов. Особое внимание уделено методологии, впервые предложенной в работах Д. Джоргенсона и Б. Фраумени и составившей основу недавнего межстранового Проекта ОЭСР по человеческому капиталу. Специальный раздел посвящен обсуждению наиболее важных результатов, полученных в рамках этого Проекта для 15 стран. Во второй части работы аналогичная методология используется для получения стоимостных оценок человеческого капитала России.
