Доверие и трансакционные издержки

Аннотация
В статье рассмотрено влияние отношений доверия между партнерами на уровень трансакционных издержек в экономических взаимодействиях. Показано, что во многих случаях доверие оказывается нейтральным по отношению к трансакционным издержкам или даже увеличивает их. Тенденция к снижению трансакционных издержек объясняется не воздействием отношений доверия, а позитивным влиянием сопутствующих институтов, включая репутацию и контрактные гарантии. В связи с этим анализируются взаимосвязи отношений доверия и формирования нового знания в межфирменных альянсах, защиты прав собственности в коллективных инновациях, а также образования социального капитала в бизнес-группах.
