Анализ студенческой занятости в контексте российского рынка труда

Аннотация
В статье предлагается объяснение причин широкого распространения студенческой занятости в России. Основное отличие России от западных стран в данном аспекте состоит в том, что занятость во время учебы широко используется как сигнал о качестве человеческого капитала для будущего работодателя. Авторы показывают, что в России более успешные студенты начинают работать раньше, а занятость значительно чаще связана с будущей специальностью, чем в западных странах. Они считают, что для эффективного функционирования рынка труда важно информировать работодателей о качестве и характере получаемого образования.
