В контексте трендов и условий, которые в значительной мере будут определять характер глобальных процессов на обозримую перспективу, предлагается траектория прорывного научно-технологического и социально-экономического развития России. Обеспечение устойчивого роста благосостояния и конкурентоспособности и каждого человека, каждой семьи и всего общества и государства — центральное положение Стратегии социально-экономического развития России.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The paper deals with the challenges and tasks of Russian social and economic policy for 2018—2024. Based on the analysis of global and national trends and conditions for years to come the author discusses the trajectory of economic, social, and technological break-through.
