Авторы обращают внимание на другой фактор - культуру деловых взаимоотношений. В статье показано, какую роль программы Стэнфордского университета по развитию этих отношений сыграли в формировании инновационных сетей в Кремниевой долине.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>It is commonly assumed that a dominant role in the formation of Silicon Valley was played by such factors as the availability of highly skilled workforce, policy in the sphere of public procurement of high-tech products, participation of large companies and financial institutions.
