В статье проанализированы результаты исследования человеческого капитала. Показана обоснованность широкого — с применением качественных методов — подхода к оценке человеческого капитала. В рамках этого подхода важно учитывать влияние на человеческий капитал результатов революционного слома социокультурной ткани общества, а также сложившейся институциональной структуры, прежде всего системы «власти-собственности» (или «естественного государства» по Д. Норту).
The article analyzes the results of investigation of human capital. The validity of broad approach to assessment of human capital using qualitative methods is shown. In the framework of this approach it is necessary to take into account the influence that the results of revolutionary breaks of socio-cultural fabric of society produce on human capital as well as the impact of its inner institutional structure, first of all the system of “power-ownership” (or “natural state” according to D. North).
