В статье раскрываются социально-экономические тренды и вызовы, возникшие перед глобальной и российской экономикой в результате пандемии COVID-19. Несмотря на ее продолжение, ключевыми характеристиками 2021 г. стали восстановительный экономический рост с соответствующим ростом занятости, начало глобальной инфляции, повышение роли государства в регулировании экономики, ускоренное развитие цифровизации всех сторон социально-экономической жизни и актуализация климатической повестки. Специально анализируются экономические тренды развития России и экономические меры правительства, краткосрочные и долгосрочные вызовы, а также риски предстоящего периода.

The article deals with social and economic trends of the global and Russian economies under current pandemic challenges. The key characteristics of 2021 were the recovery economic growth along with a corresponding increase in employment, the shift to global inflation, a growing role of the state in economic development, accelerated digitalization of social and economic life, the climate change agenda. Special attention is paid to Russian economic trends and economic policy of the government, short- and long-term challenges, as well as forthcoming risks of economic performance.
