Влияет ли форма организации бизнеса на эффективность предприятий в российском сельском хозяйстве? Увеличивает ли производительность участие сельскохозяйственных предприятий в агрохолдингах и интегрированных бизнес-группах? Для ответа на эти вопросы в статье используются микро-экономические данные по сельскохозяйственным предприятиям Амурской области за 2008-2014 гг. Показано, что совокупная факторная производительность предприятий - участников агрохолдингов ниже, чем независимых предприятий. Полученные результаты устойчивы к выбору формы производственной функции и методам измерения факторов производства.

Does business-group affiliation matter for productivity in Russian agriculture? To address this question we use farm-level data from the Amur region for 2008-2014. We find that total factor productivity is higher for independent corporate farms compared to agro-holdings members. Our findings are robust to the choice of the production functional form as well as to the choice of resource measures.
