Текущий кризис соотносится с вызовами социальноэкономических и военных катаклизмов ХХ—XXI вв. Рассмотрены типы антикризисной политики разных стран, соотношение антикризисных (краткосрочных) и модернизационных (среднесрочных) задач. Предметом специального анализа выступают актуальные вопросы бюджетной и денежной политики, тенденции развития глобализации, а также пересмотр роли государства в современной экономике.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The paper deals with social and economic consequences of COVID-19 in the context of long-term trends of economic development. The current crisis is compared with economic and war cataclysms of 20th—21st centuries. Special attention is paid to types of anti-crisis policies as well as to relations between anti-crisis (short-term) and modernization (medium-term) challenges.
