Показано, что современные концепции сохранения культурного наследия основаны на идее повышения эффективности его использования и что наращивание креативного потенциала и систематическая поддержка творческих индустрий становятся ключевой задачей стратегического развития регионов и муниципалитетов в постиндустриальный период.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The paper analyzes trends in the development of the creative economy in Russia and estimates the export potential of the Russian creative industries.
