Показано, каким образом университет 3.0 становится основой глобальной конкурентоспособности национальных экономик и наднациональных объединений, а его предпринимательская экосистема формирует новые, быстрорастущие отрасли, перспективные технологические рынки, лидирующие административно-территориальные пространства.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The paper considers the modern university as an economic growth driver within the University 3.0 concept (education, research, and commercialization of knowledge).
