Показано, что со временная стадия научно-технического прогресса не противоречит концепции длинных циклов Кондратьева, но имеет свои особенности. Выдвинута гипотеза о существенном влиянии университетов на формирование повышательной волны длинных циклов, подтвержденная на продолжительном историческом периоде. Проанализированы современные ключевые аспекты взаимодействия высшего образования и экономики в целом с учетом двойной проблематики: опережающей подготовки кадров и запаздывающего обобщения университетами фактических преобразований экономики. Представлено видение миссии классического (обеспечение цифровой грамотности в обществе ) и технического университета (формирование базовой профессиональной компетенции современного инженера и исследователя). Сформулированы рекомендации о необходимости платформенных решений в организации взаимодействия в сфере образования, об изменении моделей деятельности университетов с учетом развития EduTech.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article presents the results of the study of the universities’ transformation problems as a source-integrator-translator of new knowledge and technologies in conditions of digital transformation of the economy. It is shown that the modern stage of scientific and technological progress does not contradict Kondratiev’s concept of long cycles, but has its own characteristics. The hypothesis about the significance of the influence of universities on the formation of an upward wave of long cycles is confirmed on a long historical period. The current key aspects of changes in the interaction of higher education and the economy as a whole are analyzed taking into account dual problems: advanced training and delayed generalization by universities of actual transformations of the economy. The vision of the mission of the classical university (digital literacy in society) and the technical university (the formation of basic professional competences of modern engineer and researcher) is presented.
