Автор соотносит задачи защиты окружающей среды с геополитической обстановкой в миро-системе и со структурными особенностями капиталистического общества. Предлагается комплексный подход к преодолению экологических трудностей, в рамках которого объединялись бы интеллектуальный, нравственный и политический аспекты решения соответствующих проблем.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article considers the problem of the global environmental change and its consequences. The author puts the environmentalists’ goals into the context of the geopolitical situation in the world-system and the structural features of the capitalist society.
