Особое внимание уделяется анализу затрат как при текущих операциях компании, так и при осуществлении капитальных вложений, сопоставляются относительные показатели эффективности деятельности компании и ее зарубежных конкурентов. На основе исследования влияния Совета директоров «Газпрома» на эффективность его работы даются практические рекомендации, направленные на улучшение взаимоотношений в рамках треугольника «акционеры - Совет директоров - менеджмент» и усиление контроля за деятельностью компании со стороны ее акционеров. </p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article addresses the problem of efficiency of Gazprom from the shareholders standpoint. Special attention is paid to Gazprom cost structures both on the operational side and as a part of its capital expenditures. Comparative analysis of Gazprom vs its interantional peers adds more colors to the evaluation of cost efficiency. Different behavioural patterns of previous and current Gazprom management are outlined.
