Работа посвящена анализу проблемы коррупции как ограничения модернизации страны. Используя неоинституциональный подход, авторы предлагают классификацию коррупции в контексте политического и частного рынков институтов, релевантных общественных групп, а также связанного с ней экономического эффекта. В соответствии с предложенной классификацией проанализирована динамика составляющих коррупции в контексте четырех возможных сценариев развития России, а также выявлены стимулы основных общественных групп к борьбе с коррупцией.

The article considers the problem of corruption as impediment for country’s modernization. Using neoinstitutional approach, the authors offer the classification of corruption in the context of private and political markets for institutions, relevant social groups and economic effects. According to the given classification they analyze the dynamics of corruption constituents depending on Russia’s development strategies and reveal the incentives of main social groups to fight corruption.
