Используя неоинституциональный подход, авторы предлагают классификацию коррупции в контексте политического и частного рынков институтов, релевантных общественных групп, а также связанного с ней экономического эффекта. В соответствии с предложенной классификацией проанализирована динамика составляющих коррупции в контексте четырех возможных сценариев развития России, а также выявлены стимулы основных общественных групп к борьбе с коррупцией.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article considers the problem of corruption as impediment for country’s modernization. Using neoinstitutional approach, the authors offer the classification of corruption in the context of private and political markets for institutions, relevant social groups and economic effects.
