<trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>This article describes general monitoring of the global economic system status as the initial stage of anti-crisis state policy. Evaluation results may be used by governments to identify crisis situations in the domestic economy and take prompt actions. We propose for the first time the estimation of crises transmission channels and indicators for the 2008-2009 crisis basing on the evidence from developed and developing countries, including the CIS countries. We also suggest using the index of pressure on the financial market concept (EMP) as an indicator of financial crisis and evaluation criterion of anti-crisis policy.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>государственная антикризисная политика</kwd><kwd>каналы распространения финансового кризиса</kwd><kwd>пробит-моделирование</kwd><kwd>индекс давления на финансовом рынке</kwd><kwd>развивающиеся страны</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>state anti-crisis policies</kwd><kwd>channels of financial crisis transmission</kwd><kwd>probit modeling</kwd><kwd>index of pressure on financial markets</kwd><kwd>developing countries</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Baig T., Goldfajn I.
