Работа посвящена исследованию устойчивости государственных финансов России для двух возможных сценариев социально-экономического развития. Представлены расчеты для текущей стратегии государственных финансов на средне- и долгосрочную перспективу в условиях существующих бюджетных рисков. Рассчитана величина необходимой корректировки правил бюджетной политики при сохранении текущей стратегии, а также рассмотрена альтернативная стратегия, основанная на правиле «синица в руках».

This study examines the Russian fiscal sustainability under two possible socio-economic scenarios. It contains the calculations for the current fiscal strategy in the medium and long run under conditions of additional fiscal risks. The size of necessary fiscal consolidation under the current fiscal strategy is calculated, and the alternative strategy based on the "bird-in-the-hand" rule is investigated.
